Our Volunteer Program
Why volunteer?
Jesus said when He saw the multitudes who “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.” Matthew 9:37. How true is this statement today! Remnant Soul Winners Ministry is extending Christ’s call to you to enlist as a volunteer.
“Christ is calling for volunteers to enlist under His standard, and bear the banner of the cross before the world. The church is languishing for the help of young men who will bear a courageous testimony, who will with their ardent zeal stir up the sluggish energies of God’s people, and so increase the power of the church in the world.” – Messages to Young People, p. 24
“Will, not our young men respond to the invitation of Christ, and answer, “Here am I; send me”? Young men, press to the front, and identify yourselves as laborers together with Christ, taking up the work where He left it, to carry it on to its completion.” – Messages to Young People, p. 25
Our Volunteer Program
Remnant Soul Winners Ministry receives calls from other ministries, local churches and conferences for youthful volunteers who will help do missionary work in its various lines. These could include medical missionaries, bible workers, evangelists and teachers. Our Volunteer Program works throughout the year allocating different volunteers to various fields of need with close supervision.
Who can volunteer?
Our program targets especially college and university students who wish to volunteer their holiday breaks to God’s service. Remnant Soul Winners will evaluate the abilities of each applicant and recommend a field of usefulness. Our ministry will also provide guidance, basic training and mentorship before and during the period of volunteerism.
How the Program Works
Our Part
Remnant Soul Winners will initiate missionary engagements with local churches, conferences or ministries. Successful applicants will be reached and allocated to specific fields. Once the applicant confirms that they are agreeable to terms by signing our commitment sheet. They will be guided and trained either virtually or physically depending on their location. Remnant Soul Winners will work with the local church or conference to provide food and accommodation for the volunteer. Resources for ministry will be availed to successful applicants. This will include e-books, powerpoints and any other relevant resources. Remnant Soul Winners will evaluate the work of each volunteer and issue a certificate of participation to those who volunteer for at least one month.

Your part
The volunteer will offer his services for FREE for the period agreed and not solicit any financial support from Remnant Soul Winners, local churches or other stakeholders. The volunteer will be expected to send weekly reports to Remnant Soul Winners and the Church where they are ministering. Since Remnant Soul Winners does not provide Health Insurance Cover for the volunteer, the volunteer will be expected to take care of their health by strict adherence to the principles of health.
How long is the Program?
The period depends on the availability of the volunteer. The least period is two weeks to a maximum of three months. This is renewable if the volunteer in inspired to continue with the same field or requests to be relocated to a new field.
What if I do not have time now?
You can still register and leave us with your contacts so we will keep you updated on our opportunities. This will help you get the right program to join based on your schedule. Registering also enables you to access any new resources available at Remnant Soul Winners.
God is calling
“The cause of God in the earth today is in need of living representatives of Bible truth. The ordained ministers alone are not equal to the task of warning the great cities. God is calling not only upon ministers, but also upon physicians, nurses, colporteurs, Bible workers, and other consecrated laymen of varied talent who have a knowledge of the word of God and who know the power of His grace, to consider the needs of the unwarned cities. Time is rapidly passing, and there is much to be done. Every agency must be set in operation, that present opportunities may be wisely improved.”
(Acts of Apostles, p.158)
